Fabric & Design:
The Zaynah Set features a luxurious vintage-inspired print crafted from high-quality polyester fiber (polyester) with intricate embroidery yarn detailing. The fabric has a thicker, premium feel designed to provide an elegant structure and graceful drape. Due to the printed finish and embroidery detailing, gentle care is recommended to help maintain its shape, colour, texture, and overall appearance.
Washing:
Gentle hand washing is recommended to help preserve the fabric, print, and embroidery detailing.
If washing at home:
• Hand wash gently in cold water
• Use a mild liquid detergent
• Turn the set inside out before washing
• Wash separately or with similar colours
• Handle gently and avoid excessive rubbing or friction
• Do not scrub directly over the embroidered areas
• Do not pull, stretch, or rub the embroidery yarn detailing
• Do not bleach
• Do not use harsh detergents or fabric softeners
• Do not soak for long periods
• Do not wring or twist
Machine washing is not preferred. If necessary, use a delicate cycle with cold water and place the set inside a mesh laundry bag to help reduce friction and protect the embroidery.
Drying:
• Air dry naturally in the shade
• Hang on a padded or wide hanger, or lay flat to dry
• Keep away from direct sunlight to help protect the colours and printed finish
• Do not wring or twist
• Do not tumble dry
• Avoid radiators, hair dryers, or other direct heat sources
Air drying away from direct sunlight is recommended for polyester fabrics with printed and embroidered detailing, as excessive heat may affect the fabric, colours, and overall finish.
Ironing / Steaming:
Steaming is recommended for gently removing wrinkles while helping to preserve the fabric and embroidery detailing.
If ironing is needed:
• Use a low to medium heat setting suitable for polyester
• Turn the garment inside out
• Place a pressing cloth between the iron and fabric
• Avoid direct contact with the embroidery yarn detailing
• Do not apply high heat directly to the fabric
• Do not press the iron repeatedly over the same area
For polyester with embroidery detailing, controlled heat and a protective pressing cloth help reduce the risk of heat damage and protect the finish.
Storage:
• Hang on a padded or wide hanger to maintain the shape
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• Avoid overcrowding the wardrobe to prevent unnecessary friction
• For long-term storage, use a breathable garment bag
• Keep away from rough or sharp surfaces that may catch or damage the fabric
• Avoid placing heavy garments directly on top of the embroidered detailing
• When folding, avoid creating sharp folds directly over heavily embroidered areas.
